Welcome to Lintless-Vents. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our dryer vent cleaning and related services. By scheduling, requesting, or receiving services from Lintless-Vents, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"
- Refers to Lintless-Vents, a dryer vent cleaning service business operating in Naples, Florida and surrounding areas.
- "Customer," "You," or "Your"
- Refers to any individual, homeowner, property manager, or business entity that requests, schedules, or receives services from Lintless-Vents.
- "Services"
- Refers to dryer vent cleaning, dryer vent inspection, dryer vent repair, part replacement, and any other related services provided by Lintless-Vents.
- "Service Location" or "Property"
- Refers to the residential or commercial property where Services are to be performed.
- "Service Provider" or "Technician"
- Refers to Roy or any authorized representative of Lintless-Vents who performs Services.
- "Appointment"
- Refers to a scheduled date and time for Services to be performed at a Service Location.
- "Quote" or "Estimate"
- Refers to a preliminary price provided for Services, which may be subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during the service visit.

3. Services Provided
Lintless-Vents provides professional dryer vent cleaning and related services including, but not limited to:
- Complete dryer vent system cleaning and lint removal
- Dryer vent inspection and assessment
- Replacement of worn or damaged vent components (transition hoses, vent covers, clamps, etc.)
- Airflow testing and verification
- Recommendations for dryer vent system improvements
All Services are performed by our qualified technician using professional-grade equipment.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
4.1 Booking
Appointments may be scheduled by calling (239) 200-7211. We will confirm your appointment date, time window, and service location.
4.2 Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the dryer, dryer vent system, and exterior vent termination point. This includes:
- Clearing the area around the dryer for technician access
- Ensuring pets are secured during the service visit
- Providing access to exterior areas where the vent terminates
4.3 Customer Presence
An adult (18 years or older) who is authorized to approve services must be present at the Service Location during the appointment, or you must make prior arrangements for authorized access.
4.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other customers. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee for future bookings.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Quotes and Estimates
We provide estimates based on typical service requirements. Final pricing may vary based on:
- Length and complexity of the vent system
- Accessibility of the dryer and vent components
- Condition of the vent system and extent of lint buildup
- Any necessary repairs or part replacements
Any additional work beyond the original estimate will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of Services. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Credit Card
- Check
5.3 Additional Parts and Materials
If replacement parts or materials are needed during service, we will inform you of the additional cost before installation. You may decline additional parts, though we may recommend against using the dryer until proper repairs are made if safety concerns exist.
6. Service Warranty and Satisfaction
6.1 Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If you experience any issues directly related to our service within 30 days of the service date, please contact us and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
6.2 Parts Warranty
Any replacement parts installed by Lintless-Vents carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with any warranty claims for parts we have installed.
6.3 Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by improper use of the dryer after our service
- Pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work
- Normal wear and lint accumulation after service
- Damage caused by third parties or subsequent work by others
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Lintless-Vents' liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions in your dryer, vent system, or property that we did not cause.
- We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, emergencies, etc.).
8. Customer Responsibilities
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of the property or have authorization from the property owner to request services
- The information you provide about the property and dryer system is accurate
- You will disclose any known issues, hazards, or conditions that may affect service delivery
- You will ensure a safe working environment for our technician
9. Safety Recommendations
We may provide recommendations regarding the safety or condition of your dryer vent system. While these recommendations are made in good faith based on our professional assessment, the decision to follow them rests with you. We are not liable for damages resulting from failure to follow safety recommendations.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (name, address, phone number, email) is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services. 11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lintless-Vents website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Lintless-Vents and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
12. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises from these Terms or our Services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute, both parties agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Collier County, Florida, and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service-specific agreements or quotes provided at the time of service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lintless-Vents regarding the Services.
